Then place toe 5 down, then toe 4 down, then toe 3 ...

Spreaders
Spread all toes apart - especially big toe away from 2nd toe
Try not to scrunch toes
Hold 5 seconds, relax. Repeat 5 x

Pinchers
Pinch/squeeze all toes together
Hold 5 seconds, relax. Repeat 5 x

Alternate 
Big toe up; little toes down
Then big toe down; little toes up
