Banded Squats

Start with resistance band placed just above knees

Feet should be slightly wider than shoulder width apart with the feet pointed outwards to about 45 degrees

As you move into the squat push your bottom back and bend the knees until you reach 90 degrees, if able

Your knees should be pushing out against the band, tracking in line with the toes – do not let the knees cave inwards
