Foundation Podiatry is a Biomechanical / Musculoskeletal pain and injury clinic. 
We DO NOT provide General Podiatry treatment (which includes nail, corn, callous, ingrown toenail, plantar wart, diabetic foot checks).

To effectively manage Hayley’s busy schedule to ensure that we continue providing optimal care to as many patients as possible - we must implement the following Terms & Conditions:

Missed appointments and late cancellations incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the appointment cost. This fee must be settled before rebooking. Late cancellations refer to appointments cancelled after 10am on the day preceding the scheduled appointment.

Booking Certainty: We kindly request that you only book an appointment if you are certain you can attend. Please check your schedule diligently to avoid unintentional double-bookings.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these policies and we value being a part of your journey towards a healthy and active life.
