Maintain balance (hold onto wall)

Feet placed directly under hips

Bend knees slightly – do not allow knees to be forward over toes

Raise heels off ground while keeping knees bent throughout the exercise

Hold position at top of heel raise

Lower back to start position after prescribed amount of time
