Bent Knee Single Leg Calf Raise - Isotonic

Maintain balance (hold onto wall)

Feet placed directly under hips

Bend knees slightly – do not allow knees to be forward over toes

Transfer all of weight onto one leg

Raise heel off ground while keeping knee bent throughout the exercise

Count to 3 on way up, hold for 2 and count to 3 on the way down
