Double Leg Calf Raise - Additional Weight (Isotonic)

Foot posture neutral throughout exercise

Maintain balance (hold onto wall)

Feet placed directly under hips

Holding weight in one hand and keeping balance with other hand

Raise onto toes as high as can – keep knees straight

Count to 3 on way up, hold for 2 and count to 3 on the way down
