Sitting with knees and ankles both making 90 degree angle

Place weight on top of knees over the lower leg (avoid twisting movements when adding weight to leg)

Keep foot posture neutral

Raising heels off the ground in controlled movement

Count to 3 on way up, hold for 2 and count to 3 on the way down
