Lunge - Leading Leg Focus

Take a step forward with sore foot as leading foot (leading leg focus)

Feet remain hip width apart

Hands on hips and lower pelvis down towards the ground by dropping back knee towards the ground

Don’t lean upper body forward

Body weight is on the front leg – keep front knee aligned with foot and avoid “collapsing inwards”

Pushing back up through front leg (push through the heel)

Don’t allow knee to go over toes
