Help your child to hit the ground running in the new school year!

So, another year has just flown by, where did the time go?

Now is the ideal time to bring your child in to visit us again before school starts. (They are also well overdue for their annual biomechanical / orthotic review appointment).

An Annual Orthotic Review appointment allows us to:

• Review their foot and lower limb biomechanics - very important for children/adolescence due to their rapid growth and postural changes – we find they actually grow more rapidly over the festive break!
• Any new or old symptoms?
• Maybe it's time to do some stretches, balance and strengthening exercises again.
• And most importantly, assess their footwear and Custom Foot Orthoses. As it has been quite some time since the last pair of Custom Foot Orthoses were fitted - there is a good chance that the orthotics have fatigued and are no longer providing adequate cushioning and support, and your child has quite possibly out-grown them.
