Single Leg Calf Raise - Added Prop

Use a rolled up towel or mat and place on ground

Place toes on top of towel with ball of foot still on ground – ensure big toe is on prop

Foot posture neutral throughout exercise

Maintain balance (hold onto wall)

Feet placed directly under hips

Raise onto toes as high as can – keep knee straight

Count to 3 on way up, hold for 2 and count to 3 on the way down
