Single Leg Calf Raise - Additional Weight (Isotonic)

Keep balance throughout exercise

Foot posture neutral and stable throughout exercise

Transfer weight onto one foot while holding additional weight in same hand (right foot = right hand with weight)

Raise heel off ground in controlled movement – keep knee straight

Count to 3 on way up, hold for 2 and count to 3 on the way down
