Children's Conditions
Children's Conditions
We love helping kids! Podiatrists play an important role in addressing concerns with children and adolescents foot pain, gait and developmental concerns. If required, early treatment can improve children's strength and coordination and reduce the likelihood of problems occurring in adulthood.
Calcaneal Apophysitis or heel pain in children is a common condition we treat causing pain in the growth plate of the heel bone.
Podiatry intervention can greatly help those kids who fatigue easily, are a bit clumsy, struggle to keep up with their peers during sport or who complain of ‘growing pains’.

Here at Foundation Podiatry, we take pride in the results seen with appropriate intervention at the right time leading to healthy results for children later in life.
