Arch Mobility

Heel on ground to stabilise; bend knee slightly
Roll ACROSS the foot, starting at front of arch just behind metatarsal heads
Starting on outside of foot, roll slowly across so you can see half ball on inside of foot
Out and back 3 x in this position
Move the foot along a few centimetres and repeat, move along and repeat
Then put forefoot on ground and roll across foot where heel meets the arch
Then back under 1st metatarsal for some side to side friction massage to improve big toe movement
1.5 - 2 minutes each foot
