Take a step forward with non-symptomatic foot (sore foot as the trailing leg)

Feet remain hip width apart

Hands on hips and lower pelvis down towards the ground by dropping back knee towards the ground (trailing leg achilles is lengthening and shortening throughout lunge movement)

Don’t lean upper body forward

Body weight is shared between both front and rear leg

Pushing up using both legs
